Shantui
The SE1500LC is a 150 t-class mining excavator that pairs a Weichai engine with Linde hydraulics, with a standard 10 m³ bucket. It is configured to suit different site conditions and customer requirements.
A Weichai 8M33 engine matches the Linde package well; fuel consumption is about 8% below competing machines in the same duty. A large Linde main pump and full-electronic hydraulic system with custom spool opening curves and independent spool control deliver work efficiency about 10% above competitors.
The new, spacious cab adds a front guard mesh and top hood for safety, a high-power heating and cooling air conditioner, and a heated air-suspension seat with multi-adjustment to reduce operator fatigue.
The upper frame is a box-section design built for durability, with low-temperature plate for reliability. Boom and arm combine high-strength and wear-resistant steel in a three-stage box structure. A heavy-duty rock bucket of high-strength steel with reinforced cutting edges comes standard for long service.
A three-stage fuel filter with long service interval sits inside the engine and pump doors for easy access; a reverse-blow air precleaner extends pre-filter service. Both high- and low-pressure hydraulic filters monitor clogging and alert the operator. Automatic centralized lubrication is standard, and an on-board fire suppression system is optional.
A 10-inch touchscreen with dedicated function keys runs smoothly, showing the full-around site view for safety. Temperature, pressure, level and speed sensors monitor machine condition, and fault detection helps operators handle issues from the dashboard.
