Shantui
The EE75 is a 7.8 t battery-electric crawler excavator with zero tailpipe emissions, low noise and long operating range. A 114 kWh lithium battery and a load-sensing hydraulic system deliver productive shifts indoors and out.
It suits municipal construction, factory renovation, and clean-environment sites such as breweries, food-processing plants and vegetable greenhouses.
A proven three-electric system (motor, controller, battery) delivers zero-emission, low-energy operation. The high-efficiency permanent-magnet synchronous motor matches load demand in real time, and the vehicle-grade integrated multi-function controller runs stably in the field.
A self-developed load-sensing hydraulic system gives smoother, more responsive control. The 114 kWh high-performance battery supports 5-6 hours of work. DC fast charging brings the pack up in 1.5 hours, and a 6.6 kW emergency AC charger is standard.
Operating cost falls by about RMB 23 per hour; at 2,000 working hours a year, that is roughly RMB 46,000 saved compared with a same-size diesel excavator.
The high-voltage system is IP65-rated with interlock, pre-charge and high-voltage entry protections. A 7-inch touchscreen and a high-definition rear-view camera are standard, and in-cab noise stays below 66 dB for quieter urban work.
