Shantui
The EE370V is a cable-powered excavator fed from the mains through an overhead line with an upper-entry cable arrangement. Its water-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motor gives strong output with high efficiency, zero direct emissions and low noise.
It is suited to fixed-cycle sites with a mains supply: ports, inland river terminals, steel mills, scrap yards and power plants. Shantui states running cost is about 60% below a diesel machine of the same class.
The water-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motor delivers strong torque and high output efficiency. The electrical and hydraulic systems are coordinated under multiple working modes for comfortable, economical operation. An on-board smart thermal-management system uses high-power SPAL electronic fans that adjust speed to oil and water temperature, saving energy, improving cooling and cutting noise.
The tethered electric driveline gives zero machine-level emissions and low noise, meeting green-construction rules. Compared with a traditional diesel machine, running cost is about 60% lower.
Motor and control system reach IP67 protection with water cooling for added reliability. Earth-leakage protection and insulation monitoring safeguard the machine, and the on-board automotive-grade electrical architecture is stable. The air conditioner heats and cools quickly at low noise.
The radiator uses electronic fans with automatic speed control and reversible self-cleaning blow-back. The motor and electric controls are nearly maintenance-free, saving service time and cost.
