The EE135V-X is a 13.6 t-class cable-powered electric excavator with a maintenance-free water-cooled permanent-magnet motor rated at 73 kW. Power is fed through an upper-line feed gantry, which suits sites with limited travel range and infrequent repositioning.
A full set of electrical protections gives automotive-grade active safety. The machine can be fitted with various attachments and alternative supply schemes such as cable reels to match the duty.
The maintenance-free water-cooled permanent-magnet motor is rated at 73 kW, with 100 kW peak power and 600 Nm peak torque. Its IP67 protection rating handles harsh sites. A Hengli negative-flow hydraulic system provides mature, reliable operation.
The drivetrain uses rectifier-inverter technology. The all-in-one controller applies vector control for low inrush current and small grid impact. The combined controller and distribution box use Amphenol-class high-protection connectors at IP65 or above, with phase-short, over-current, overload, open-phase, over-voltage, under-voltage, stall and over-temperature protection for safe, reliable operation.
Large-section boom and arm use forged joints with multiple internal reinforcing ribs to strengthen main load points; the integrated design avoids stress concentration. Boom and arm are large-section box structures combining cast and forged parts, with less welding deformation and lower internal stress.
The air conditioning module runs as soon as the machine is powered up, without waiting for the motor. A high-voltage electric compressor cools the cab quickly, and a high-output PTC heater delivers fast warm-up and defrosting in winter.
Four high-power brushless electric fans deliver large airflow for high-temperature, high-load duty. Fan speed is closed-loop controlled against coolant and oil temperature to save energy and reduce noise.
A cable reel, festoon system or sliding contact line can be added as needed for reliable, widely adaptable power supply. The collector head rotates freely through 360 degrees so the cable moves smoothly during work.
