Shantui
The EE1000V is a 100 t-class cable-powered electric excavator with a lower-line feed gantry. Its squirrel-cage asynchronous motor delivers strong output with high efficiency, zero emissions and low noise, meeting green-construction requirements at low operating cost.
It is used in coal mines, earth and rock mines, ports and similar fixed-site operations.
A squirrel-cage asynchronous motor runs on a 6 kV high-voltage supply. The hydraulic system uses a standard Linde full-electronic high-altitude extended-range system for precise control and strong performance at altitude.
Zero emissions and low noise support green-construction targets.
A 6.5 m³ rock bucket comes standard for fast loading and long life. Reinforced work equipment and an automatic lubrication system keep the machine dependable and reduce labor.
The new cab is spacious and quiet. A dedicated high-voltage cable gantry and coupler improve safety, and the surround-view camera system covers the full working area.
