Shantui
The DL300-G is a tracked dozer-loader built by Shantui that combines loading, hauling, grading and slope work in one machine. It uses a Weichai WP10H engine meeting China Stage IV, with a dual-circuit hydrostatic travel drive that allows pivot turns and keeps the machine agile on site.
A load-sensing variable hydraulic system matches flow and pressure to the work demand, and the controller adjusts hydraulic displacement in real time as the load changes. The new tetrahedron cab is set up around operator comfort and all-round visibility.
The machine is aimed at mines, steel mills, wetland sites and underground-space projects, where one unit can cover loading, hauling, grading and digging without swapping equipment.
A dedicated control strategy matches compound-action power demand under high drawbar pull, so pushing, loading and digging movements work together with a balanced trade-off between efficiency, fuel use and operator feel.
The hydrostatic drive efficiency band is aligned with the machine's working range to raise transmission efficiency. Because the controller adjusts pump and motor displacement with load, engine speed stays steadier as conditions change and fuel consumption comes down. The work hydraulic system is load-sensing and pressure-compensated for accurate control.
The main frame, track frame and work equipment were validated through FEA with a conservative strength margin, and key components passed bench testing before they were assembled into the machine.
The new tetrahedron-shape cab is designed for comfortable, straightforward operation with good sight lines to the bucket and rear ripper.
A standard bucket with a three-shank ripper is fitted; the high-dump SU version carries a larger 5 m3 bucket for higher discharge on haul roads.

The DL300-G is offered in a standard configuration and an SU high-dump configuration. The standard unit pairs a 3.2 m3 bucket with a three-shank ripper; the SU unit carries a 5 m3 bucket and a longer discharge reach for loading haul trucks. Track shoes can be matched to ground conditions, and paint, branding and operator manuals in target-market languages are available on request.
