Introduction

The TRH20-G is a 21 t-class hydrostatic rake dozer for bulk-cargo handling at ports and power plants. It cleans ship holds, trims cargo during loading and pushes loose material on storage yards.

A Weichai WP7 electronic engine rated at 152 kW meets China Stage IV. A three-stage intake prefilter with 99% filtration accuracy protects the engine in dusty hold and yard conditions.

Twin-circuit electronic hydrostatic drive is load-adaptive, with powered turns, zero-radius turns and stepless speed. A dedicated transfer case lays out the travel hydraulics for better reliability through long shifts.

Applications

The TRH20-G handles larger bulkers: sweeping residual cargo to the hatch and trimming layers evenly while loading coal, grain or ore. It also stockpiles and pushes material at power-plant and quay-side yards.

Technical features

• Power System. Weichai WP7 electronic engine meeting China Stage IV. Three-stage intake prefiltration reaches 99% efficiency to protect the engine from dust, and the integrated modular cooling pack keeps service simple.
• Drivetrain. Twin-circuit electronic hydrostatic drive adapts to load: powered turns, zero-radius turns and stepless speed, ideal inside holds. The transfer-case layout improves the reliability of the travel hydraulics.
• Control. Slip control and steering modes, reverse engine-speed mode and automatic idle balance power, productivity and fuel. Travel is electronic, the work equipment pilot-controlled from one lever; an 8-inch display integrates the rear camera and self-diagnostic readouts.
• Operator Environment. Enlarged pressurized ROPS/FOPS cab, wide visibility, integrated fresh-air HVAC, Bluetooth radio and USB ports for full hold shifts.
• Site Adaptability. A mature Shantui undercarriage for rough yards, with long ground contact length and high clearance. Six LED work lights are standard, and the frame and work equipment use high-strength structural steel sized for rake-dozer vibration.
• Service & Maintenance. Three-stage fuel filtration with grouped cartridges; lubrication points on the balance beam are ducted out, carrier rollers mount externally, and the work valves sit outside for quick routine service.
