Introduction

The TRH10-G is a 10.5 t-class hydrostatic rake dozer built for ship-hold cleaning and trimming. Its closed-loop hydrostatic drive lets it turn in place, which matters in the confined space of a bulk carrier hold.

A Cummins QSF3.8 electronic engine rated at 90 kW meets China Stage IV, with a single-can DOC + DPF + SCR aftertreatment. The integrated cooling pack and modular layout simplify service.

Twin-circuit electronic hydrostatic drive adapts to load, with powered turns, zero-radius turns and stepless speed adjustment. Traction control, steering modes, automatic idle and a reverse engine-speed mode match power to the task and save fuel.

Applications

The TRH10-G sweeps holds of bulk carriers free of remaining cargo and trims the surface while loading. Its compact size and zero-radius turn fit smaller holds where a larger dozer cannot enter.

Technical features

• Power System. Cummins QSF3.8 electronic engine with a DOC + DPF + SCR single-can aftertreatment meeting China Stage IV. The integrated cooling system is modular and easy to service.
• Drivetrain. Twin-circuit electronic hydrostatic drive is load-adaptive: powered turns, zero-radius turns and stepless speed control, well suited to hold work. Final drives use two-stage planetary reduction and can be removed as a single unit.
• Control. Slip control and steering-mode functions, reverse engine-speed mode and automatic idle balance power, productivity and fuel use. Travel is electronic and the work equipment pilot-controlled from one lever; a 10-inch display shows vehicle data and self-diagnostic messages with the rear camera.
• Operator Environment. Enlarged pressurized ROPS/FOPS cab with wide visibility and integrated fresh-air HVAC. The suspended seat adjusts for fore-aft, height and backrest to reduce fatigue on long trimming shifts.
• Site Adaptability. A proven Shantui undercarriage handles rough yards, with long ground contact length and high clearance. Six LED work lights are standard, and the main frame and work equipment use high-strength structural steel tuned for the vibration of rake-dozing.
• Service & Maintenance. The full-opening side hood gives wide service access; the work valves sit externally and the layout is modular for simple teardown and low fault rates.
