Shantui
The Shantui SD34-G is a 39 t-class hydrodynamic crawler bulldozer for heavy earthworks. Its Weichai WP13 electronic-control engine meets China Stage IV emission requirements and runs a dual-power mode: 257 kW in light work and 269/286 kW under load, selected by the operator.
The torque converter, transmission, central drive and final drive all come from Shantui's own production and are shared with the field-proven SD32 platform. Long track-on ground length keeps the machine steady while pushing, and the 620 L fuel tank supports more than 14 hours of continuous work.
The dozer is used for pushing, excavating and backfilling earth and bulk material on highway, railway, mine and airport sites.
With up to 40,000 kg operating weight in the rock variant, the SD34-G is aimed at mine overburden and bulk material handling, and also serves road and airport earthworks where a heavy dozer is required.
The Weichai WP13 electronic engine meets China non-road Stage IV emissions, with intelligent control and low fuel consumption. A dual-power mode matches output to the job: 257 kW in light-duty work and 269/286 kW in heavy-duty work, switched at the push of a button.
The driveline is shared with the proven SD32 bulldozer. The torque converter, transmission, central drive and final drive are all made by Shantui, and the matched converter sits at the high-efficiency end of the class.
Travel is controlled by a single electro-hydraulic lever that combines shifting, direction and steering, cutting operating effort by 77%. Gears can be preset to the job. Work equipment is pilot-controlled for fine movement, and an 8-inch display integrates the rear-view camera.
The enlarged pressurized ROPS/FOPS cab offers a wide field of view. An integrated rear air conditioner with overhead ducted airflow and fresh-air exchange is standard, together with an adjustable armrest seat, Bluetooth radio, USB port and storage.
The Shantui-made undercarriage delivers long ground contact for a stable ride. Blade options include straight-tilt, semi-U, U-blade, coal blade, rock blade, municipal blade and angle blade, plus a drawbar frame and ripper. Six LED work lights support night work.
A three-stage fuel filtration system groups filters in one place. Work valves are mounted outside for easy access, and the concentrated transmission and steering filter layout cuts service time by about 50%.

Variant meanings: XL = long-track general configuration, CH = coal handling, RS = rock duty.
