Shantui
The SD24-G is a 24 t-class torque-converter crawler bulldozer powered by a Weichai WP13 engine. Three selectable power modes cover light (175 kW), medium (187 kW) and heavy (199/206 kW) load, switchable for fuel economy or push power.
Five variants match duty cycles: XL extended, CH coal, RS rock, LGP wide-track wetland and WH municipal. The platform suits road, water, bridge, port, municipal and airport earthmoving.
The Weichai WP13 electronic engine meets China non-road Stage IV emissions. Three power modes (175 / 187 / 199-206 kW) are one-key switchable to match load and fuel targets.
Shared with the SD22 bulldozer, the drivetrain has a long market record. The torque converter, gearbox, central drive and final drive are all Shantui-built, with a high-efficiency tuned converter.
A single electro-hydraulic lever combines shifting, direction and steering and cuts operator effort by 77%. Gear presets adapt to the job, the work equipment is pilot-controlled, and an 8-inch LCD integrates the rear-view camera.
The enlarged pressurized ROPS/FOPS cab offers a wide field of view, a rear air conditioner with fresh-air exchange, adjustable padded armrests, Bluetooth radio, USB, storage box, cup holder and sunblind.
The Shantui undercarriage delivers long ground contact and smooth running. Blade options cover straight-tilt, semi-U, U, coal, rock, municipal and angle blade, plus drawbar and ripper. Six LED work lights and a 480 L fuel tank raise endurance by 7%.
Three-stage fuel filtration with centralized filters, lubrication-free fan shaft and water-pump bearings, fully openable side guards and external work valves keep service simple; centralized filters save about 60% of maintenance time.

Variant meanings: XL = extended general-purpose, CH = coal handling, RS = rock duty, LGP = wide-track wetland configuration, WH = municipal sanitation configuration.
Match the variant to the duty: XL general-purpose with semi-U/U blade option, CH with coal blade, RS rock configuration with 206 kW engine option, LGP wetland with 910 mm shoes, or WH municipal. Three- or single-shank rippers are available on XL/CH/RS.
Track shoe widths (560/610/660/910 mm), blade type, ripper, cab air conditioning, paint and branding are configurable. Minimum order quantities apply for special builds.
