The Shantui DH24-G is a new-generation 240 hp-class hydrostatic crawler dozer meeting China non-road Stage IV. Upgrades to the cab, powertrain, hydraulics and electronics improve comfort and productivity while cutting fuel use: up to 268 hp in heavy mode, with productivity 10-15% higher at the same fuel burn, per Shantui. Rated power comes in three modes - 173, 195 and 215 kW at 1,900 rpm - and operating weight spans 23,820-27,030 kg.
The DH24-G works in mining, agriculture, forestry and water projects, bridges, sanitation, ports and urban construction. On Shantui's SSC (Smart Construction) platform it can be upgraded toward AI operation - work-condition assessment, dynamic path planning and centimeter-grade blade control.
