A Shantui SMI1213-G tracked mobile impact crushing plant has been deployed at a granite aggregate quarry in Kenya.
The SMI1213-G delivers 150–250 t/h of crushed aggregate, producing 0–5, 5–12 and 12–25 mm fractions standard for road base and asphalt concrete. Its tracked chassis lets the unit move within the quarry face as the working bench advances, eliminating fixed-crusher civil works.
The Kenyan customer is using the plant to supply aggregate for a highway upgrade programme in the Rift Valley. SDHI's local dealer supported commissioning and trained the site's operator and maintenance team.
SDHI Group can quote the SMI1213-G with optional screen decks, dust suppression and generator-pack power for off-grid quarries.
