LOVOL FR220F 22 t hydraulic excavator upgraded with Stage V engine

LOVOL's FR220F 22-tonne medium hydraulic excavator has been upgraded with a Stage V-certified Weichai engine and a revised main hydraulic valve.

The FR220F targets general civil works, road construction, building sites and utility trenching — the 20–25 t class that represents the highest export volume for Chinese excavator brands. The Stage V engine edition makes the machine eligible for EU, UK and other regulated markets without aftertreatment retrofitting.

Bucket capacity is 1.0 m³ standard. The upgraded hydraulic system improves combined-cycle speed by roughly 8% while cutting fuel consumption by a similar margin, per LOVOL field tests.

SDHI Group offers the FR220F with a choice of bucket widths, hammer/shear hydraulic circuits and quick-coupler options, plus English-language operator manual and a 12-month export warranty.
