Time is money, and Shantui's concept is that the customer's time is more precious than gold, so we do our best to make sure our after-sales service creates profits for our customers.
 
For the domestic construction machinery market, Shantui has established the Product Support Department in our Sales Department, which takes care of after-sales service, parts sales and technical customer training.

With our 31 agencies across China, Shantui has established a complete after-sales service network, and owns a large number of after-sales service machines. The after-sales service team will be able to reach the service site very quickly, guaranteeing that the customer gets timely on-site service and does not lose profit due to time delays.

Shantui has a knowledgeable and professional service team to meet all customer needs, a customer hotline and a computer ERP information management system to ensure our quality of service.  Shantui provides free service inspections at 0, 250, 500 and 1000 hours, as well as the following: ① free technical enquiries; ② free repairs during warranty period; ③ free special services for key projects; ④ free inspection upon delivery; ⑤ free training for operators and service people; ⑥ free tracking of maintenance history (based on materials provided by customer). Through our various services, we are able to increase customer satisfaction. If Shantui machinery is in operation in key projects on a provincial level or higher, the customer will receive special services from Shantui (free special coating service, on-site service, extended on-site service). These special services will allow customers to work more freely without any worries.

In order to provide the best possible products and "Zero Distance" service, Shantui is focused on distribution around the world. By establishing branches and understanding customer requirements, Shantui is able to provide quick and reliable service. Shantui established the Shantui Iran Office in 2004, and since then has established offices in the United Arab Emirates, Myanmar and Russia. Shantui has also built agencies and dealerships in Russia, Kazakhstan, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Algeria, Togo and Saudi Arabia. The inaugural Shantui International Agents Meeting was held in Jinan, China on Oct. 22nd, 2007, and more than 70 agents from 30 countries attended the meeting, furthering communication and cooperation between Shantui and our international agents.
